Tips to make soft paratha (mulayam paratha kaise banaye in hindi)
– According to Kanak Gurnani, your flour should be semi-soft. Take wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt, one teaspoon ghee and mix it. Then add water as per requirement and knead the dough.
– Now cover the kneaded dough and keep it for 15 minutes.
– Roll out paratha a little thicker than roti.
-Take the dough and roll the paratha several times. Apply ghee and wrap it. Roll again in the shape of paratha.
– Heat the pan. Place the paratha on the pan and turn and cook on both sides. Now add ghee or oil and fry on low flame.
– Cook the paratha by rotating and pressing it on the pan, so that it gets cooked well from all sides.
– Enjoy eating it hot with your favorite vegetable. You can store it in a casserole throughout the day.
After kneading the dough in this manner, when you make parathas, they will become very soft and will also taste good. Consuming paratha made from wheat flour is healthy for health. In such a situation, excessive consumption of flour should be avoided.
